Accessibility Statement

Accessibility statement for Definition Health Limited

This accessibility statement applies to all digital solutions provided by Definition Health.

Definition Health is committed to making all our digital solutions accessible, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (EQA). We strive to build an application that can be used by as many people as possible.

We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1). Right now, you should be able to:

  • Use our solutions on most web browsers and devices
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • Zoom in up to at least 300% and still see most of the content

We are aware of some non-compliances and are actively working towards fixing them.

To ensure no patient is left behind, for people that are unable or prefer not to access our solutions through the web, your hospital will support you through our “Assisted Digital” pathway. This will mean that the hospital will complete your Health Questionnaire on your behalf, and you will not need an online account. Please contact your hospital if you wish to be set up as “Assisted Digital”.
